Emmanuel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and a Chartered Secretary (UK) with 13 years extensive experience in company secretarial practice. He is head of LPC Solicitors Company Secretarial Practice. His experience has encompassed the spectrum of company secretarial practice.
Prior to joining LPC Solicitors, at various times in his career, Emmanuel has held positions as joint head of several Company Secretarial Firms and lectured Students undergoing training for Professional qualification of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and Nigeria.
